This three-day conference on February 28—March 1, 2020 will draw over 100 transportation students from in the Southern region of the United States. This event promotes leadership and professional development for transportation engineering students through leadership and technical presentations from distinguished speakers, student and industry networking, and the Southern District ITE Traffic Bowl.

Student Registration

Open to any university students interested in learning about leadership and transportation. Students do not have to be ITE members. Students competing in Southern District Traffic Bowl must be registered for the summit. 

Student Registration Includes:

  • Casual dinner and games on 2/28,
  • Breakfast, professional communication workshops, career expo, lunch, ice cream, traffic bowl, and casual dinner and drinks at Wild Haven Brewery 2/29
  • Breakfast, leadership workshop, lunch, and inspirational speaker on 3/1

Hotel Block Information:

  • Booking Deadline: 02/05/2020
  • King and 2-Queen room rates for $144/night
  • For any other requests or inquiries, please enter this information within the appropriate request boxes during the reservations process or call the hotel directly by calling (800) 706-2899 or (404) 838-2100. Hotel reservations hours are Monday through Friday 9am-6:30pm.
  • For those attendees driving to the hotel, overnight parking is $18 per night with unlimited in and out access to the garage.


Professional Registration
Open to any transportation professional. Professionals will have the chance to interact with student leaders.

Professional Registration Includes:

Sponsorship Opportunities

Sponsorship opportunities offer corporations to show participants their support by providing financial and in-house donations. Sponsorship provides a chance to showcase your company by personally engaging with engineering students through targeted job advertising and featuring your company’s brand in high trafficked areas and more! Your sponsorship will be a direct investment in the next generation of transportation engineers. Please let us know of your sponsorship intent by February 6 to be included on swag bag items.

Silver Level ($500)
