A Message from the Secretary-Treasurer
Georgia ITE Members and Friends,
Happy Friday everyone! Voting for the 2021 Georgia ITE Board of Directors is open! Bios for all of the candidates can be found here and you will have the opportunity to hear from each of the candidates at Thursday's monthly meeting which will also include spolights of several GAITE young members.
This year, all voting will take place electronically by clicking the link below or by going to the website. The results of the election will be announced at the annual meeting which will be held in mid-December. The winning candidates will join Kate Shearin (who will be serving as Immediate Past President) and Kelly Patrick (who will be in her second year of Section Representative) to make up the 2021 Board of Directors.

Nominations and Elections
2021 GEORGIA ITE BOARD ELECTIONS IS OPEN!!!
Voting is open for the 2021 Georgia Section ITE Board of Directors. There are five positions which will be filled through this election including three contested races. Please review a brief bio on each candidate and then ues the link below to submit your vote. Please note that you will need to login to the Georgia Section website prior to voting as this is only open to members and limited to one ballot per member.

The 2021 Board will be announced at the Annual Meeting which will be held virtually on December 18th from 12-1PM.

Nominations have now closed for the 2020 Georgia ITE Awards. Awards will be announced at the Annual Meeting in December. The Georgia Section has several awards including:

Safety Update
Join the Safety Committee and Georgia Bikes on November 13th from 12:00pm - 1:30pm to learn more about how to meet the needs of people on bicycles by creating bicycle-friendly communities, implementing Complete Streets, and increasing bicycle safety during this unique and challenging time.
