Georgia ITE January 13 E-Blast 
ITE All Member Survey
ITE conducts a survey every three years and uses the feedback to help drive their strategic plan. The feedback from the last survey helped shape many achievements over the past three years.
ITE just launched the ITE 2026 All Member Survey. The survey is open through February 15th.
Complete the survey for a chance to win a $250 gift card. Winner will be randomly selected from survey respondents. A bonus incentive, if 20% of our members complete the survey, ITE will make a $500 donation our scholarship fund.
Winter Workshop
The 16th Annual ITE / ASHE Transportation Winter Workshop will be held on March 8th and 9th at Marriott Downtown in Chattanooga, TN! The Transportation Winter Workshop is a 1.5-day joint conference hosted by Georgia Section ITE and the Georgia Chapter of ASHE held annually. Containing technical sessions, group projects, networking and social events, the workshop is packed full of opportunities to learn the latest happenings and meet other professionals in the transportation industry!
We hope to see you in Chattanooga in March!

Young Members Committee (YMC)
The Georgia ITE Young Members Committee (YMC) is kicking off 2026 activities this month and continuing the theme of fostering growth and collaboration among young members throughout the GA Transportation space. They’re currently drafting the committee calendar with events ranging from social outings to study groups, volunteering, and everything in between! They are looking to kickoff the year with a social outing as early as late-February!
Safety Committee
We’re currently gathering ideas and planning out our roadmap for 2026. There will be a survey rolling out to all section members in a few weeks to gather any feedback. Be on the lookout for an email from us soon!

Planning Committee
Please join us for this year's Planning Committee kick-off meeting at HNTB's new office on January 20th (9:30-10:30 AM). Refreshments will be provided at the meeting courtesy of our HNTB colleagues! We look forward to continuing our incredible journey of teamwork and progress together. Additionally, to help map our progress for this year, we are seeking your input on potential training topics related to transportation data applications, such as RITIS in our projects. Your inputs are invaluable in identifying the most relevant needs.

Summer Seminar
Planning is underway for the 2026 Georgia ITE Summer Seminar (July 19-22), and we are seeking interest from members who would like to serve on the Technical Committee. Committee members help shape the technical program by identifying session topics, speakers, and interactive elements for Georgia ITE's premier annual conference. Both returning and new participants are welcome. The first Technical Committee meeting is anticipated for late January.

GAITE Technical Tour to the Netherlands
We have enough participants, so the trip is confirmed for April 2026! Pre-trip webinars are being prepared and will be held before April. Participants will be informed about the pre-trip webinars and the schedule in the next few weeks.
